From raising three kids to moving over 1,000 miles for a fresh start, to redefining myself mid-career—I bring a relatable and authentic perspective to my work. ​

My 20+ years of experience at a Fortune 500 company equipped me with the skills to help others remove perceived barriers, navigate change, strategize, think through ideas, try something new, and make challenging decisions.  

 

I’m experienced in coaching, consulting, and mentoring individuals across various stages of their journey and life. I especially love working with early career, emerging leaders, mid-career professionals, those stuck in a moment, and anyone ready to try “something else.”

 

Certified as a personal development, career, and life coach grounded in positive psychology, I expect to obtain my ICF ACC credential early 2025. ​
